Charlan Bed & Breakfast for Adults Only

Charlan is a traditionally south facing Maison de Maître stone property built in 1698 exclusively for adults only. Totally restored, Charlan is set on 3 acres of land, fenced with an electric gate and is bordered by the River Lot. With approximately 100 meters of private river frontage Charlan is great for carp fishing. We have had fishermen/women catch 30lb Carp in the River Lot.

Charlan is situated in a quiet rural area, but not an isolated position and is within easy walking distance of the picturesque village, Aiguillon (2km) that offers all amenities, including a supermarket, post office, banks, tourist board information centre, restaurants and a railway station and is within a 10 minute driving distance to the A62 motorway for access to Bordeaux and Toulouse. Aiguillon is situated between the towns Tonneins and Agen, in the heart of the beautiful Lot et Garonne region in Aquitaine, South West France.

If you are interested in purchasing a property in the Lot-et-Garonne or Dordogne Regions, why not stay at Charlan on a bed and breakfast basis. We can also arrange for an Interprète de Liaison to accompany you, translate from French to English and advise and reassure you on all aspects of the sometimes complex French administrative system when purchasing a property in France. There are French properties for sale and rent on our All French Services site. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.
