Classic Car Hire

Joffreny Classic Car Tours are based in the Limousin near Chalus. We are about to complete our second, successful year of supplying top quality classic cars for self-drive hire in France. During 2007, our hires have increased 5 fold on 2006; cars have been hired by many nationalities for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, golfing weekends and holidays.

During the year we have successfully created bespoke tours for our clients, and we have extended our fleet to include a beautiful 1977 Triumph Stag, complete with the original 3 litre Triumph engine. The bodywork is immaculate and it comes with the choice of a soft- or hard-top; it is well turned out inside with comfortable seating for 2 adults and 2 children.

Due to popular demand we are now also offering chauffeured wedding cars for that special day. Cars include a Rolls Royce, Daimler 250 and a more modern Jaguar S-type.

  • Cars come complete with a smartly presented chauffeur, ribbons and a chilled bottle of champagne.

We also offer ‘classic car sejours’ jointly with Hotel de la Ferme Lamy (www.ferme-lamy.com), a unique family run hotel, a stones throw from Sarlat-la-Canéda in the Dordogne. The owners, Christine and Michel, invite guests to discover the charm and friendly atmosphere of their house, which was converted into an hotel in 1995 and they have been welcoming guests ever since. They can also arrange for clients to experience truffles in all their guises, to play golf, to have a memorable hot air balloon flight over the mystical Dordogne valley and to visit local artists galleries and workshops.

Alternatively, if guests have their own classic cars, we can help them to organise their own tour itinerary, recommend suitable accommodation, and show them some beautiful sites, or we can let them store their car in France with us so that they can just fly in and use it when they like … the choice is theirs.
